Cooking with Coley

Thanks to everyone for all their support!   I’ve received 70 comments to-date and had friends and family contribute from 5 countries and 21 states!

Through your comments, you’ve helped to bring my character, personality and cooking to life.  It’s now in the hands of the casting directors and producers to decide if they like what I have to offer.

That said, if you haven’t posted yet, please feel free… while the casting managers are reading my blog this week, the producers aren’t likely to see it until later this month.

I’ll be sure to keep you all posted through Nicformasterchef.com, so please check back soon!  I’ll also use this blog as a new home for my recipes and culinary escapades, so you might also want to add me to your favorites.

What inspires me to cook? It’s my friends and family around me. It’s the happiness I can bring to them by serving appetizers at a party, making a yummy dinner, or even throwing together a late-night snack. To me, cooking is happiness. Even after a long day at the office, there’s nothing I’d rather do than come home and cook something. Cooking and food are a way to bring together the people I care about.

I’m asking my friends and family to show their support and show the judges and producers that I can be a Master Chef!  I’ve made it to the 3rd round (top 10 in Boston!) and am hoping to go further in the casting process.
